Hi,

 

auf Avherald wurde ein Report zu dem bereits 2009 stattgefundenen Vorfall veröffentlicht.

 

Die Maschine hat die Bahn mit allen drei Fahrwerken verlassen, kehrt auf die Runway zurück, setzt den Take off fort und fliegt seelenruhig nach Algerien als ob nix gewesen wäre.

The French Bureau d’Enquetes et d’Analyses (BEA) released their final report in French concluding the probable cause of the serious incident was:

 

non-compliance with the procedures for rolling takeoffs by prematurely engaging TOGA (takeoff thrust) before the aircraft had entered the runway. The tendency of the pilot flying to press the TOGA buttons before complete alignment with the runway centerline contributed to the occurrence. The continuation of the takeoff after returning onto the runway at a speed less than V1 led the crew to continue the flight with a potentially damaged aircraft with the extent of damage unknown to the crew.
