Sanicole Air Show 09

They had already all kinds of weather on their previous shows: rain, heathwave, thunderstorms,.. but this kind of fog we hadn't seen before. So even if the pilots could find the airfield we didn't see much more than a grey dot coming by. Later in the afternoon the visibility was a bit better so at least we could see Patrouille de Suisse was wearing red and white colours...

You can't take photo's at Sanicole that make you world famous with the sun in your face most of the day but Sanicole is much more than that. For us it is a social event for meeting old friends (and that for more then 30 years already) and the program is really great every year.

To make sure PdeS could find the small airfield of Sanicole they send the Belgian Display F16 with them... I think.

 

 

Mellisa (member of the US aerobatic team) friendly as always even to a podium full of Belgian spotters.
