While all user reported items get catalogued, we often find that the majority of problems reported result from the "learning curve" represented by a sophisticated new simulation. On the other hand, we strive to ensure that any operationally significant items can be resolved quickly in order to minimize their impact on those users who experience them. With this in mind, we just issued an OPTIONAL INTERIM UPDATE that addresses a few items causing significant impact to **some** users. The optional update is not required, but can be found in the PMDG Downloads Section. The file size is large because we elected not to use a bit-wise update to the files, as we have found that compression technology used to keep the files small tends to create problems for some users when running a patch.... DIRTO/INTC Freeze bug found (should not freeze anymore when LNAV captures and turns to follow course) Found cause for FPS stutters when long flight plans would be inserted in the FMC Erroneous End-Of-Route message when circling-to-land Crash-To-Desktop by PMDGOptions.DLL when exiting FS and not in the 747-400 Step-To indication now goes blank if step size == 0 ALT HOLD porpoising at high altitudes with heavy aircraft Keyboard commands now useable on all PMDG aircraft (737NG and 747 400) and storing in their own .ini file When restoring a flight, fuel load is correctly initialized. Fuel mixing logic between CWT and Main1/Main4 during high consumption periods adjusted. GE visual model updated to correct visual distortion of outboard fans. Again- this update is OPTIONAL.....
